Client Happiness Lead
We are looking for the newest member of our customer happiness team at YouNoodle, based in our SOMA, San Francisco, headquarters. Our mission is to foster entrepreneurship around the world, and on the customer happiness team we do that by supporting entrepreneurial competition organizers located around the globe.
We work with a stellar group of clients like Stanford BASES, Amazon Web Services Global Startup Challenge, and Start-Up Chile, and many more. In fact, over 400 competitions have used our software-as-a-service platform, Podium (
podium.younoodle.com). Your primary role would be to support Podium clients and ensure their overall happiness when using our products.
Our customer happiness team is very much that, a team, and we support each other with renewing clients, spotting ways to improve the product and of course supporting customers. In this position you will start supporting clients from day one, and as you learn the ropes, we hope that you will become one of our competition experts, advising clients on how to reach their goals and even doing renewals. We want you to be excited about establishing and maintaining relationships with clients around the world. We help our clients with their deadlines, therefore you should work well under pressure and be a creative problem solver. We work together to learn from and support each other and we are excited about finding the next member of our team.
You are fundamentally engaging, competitive and supportive. You’ve always been that team leader who takes charge and both makes things happen and keeps everyone happy. You are highly organized and making clients happy makes you happy. You are passionate about entrepreneurship and you are driven to make more of it happen around the world.
Please tell us about your work with different clients and your ability to manage multiple projects and clients while keeping everything in order. You would be working directly with clients around the world, so also tell us about your international experience and, ideally, the languages you speak. We are a very international team and we value cultural and lingual diversity. You should be passionate and excited about startups and you should be curious about how entrepreneurial ecosystems take shape.
Our company culture is very open, inclusive, hard working, competitive, fun and happy! Some company perks include in house ping-pong and game room, frequent startup parties in the YouNoodle lounge, and a company tab at the Creamery.
While we expect that you will have some organizational, international and startup experience, we are open to more junior candidates whose enthusiasm and scrappiness can make up for a lack direct work experience. Of course we also welcome folks with some years of experience in client support. If you are psyched about this position, please tell us why it should be you on
