ABOUT US
Invested Development’s Mission is to expand the amount of Angel/Seed capital supporting socially-motivated start-ups. We currently do this through investment intermediary services for philanthropic-minded Angel Investors. Specifically, we offer members of our ID Network:
Investment Matching: Investors give us their criteria and we find angel, seed and early stage equity investments that match.
Investment Assessment: Keeping social impact in-mind, we perform a unique version of due-diligence that fits socially responsible investing.
Investment Design: We work with investors and partners to shape deals that meet the unique needs of social entrepreneurs.
Monitoring & Follow-up: Investment milestones and social impact require long-term attention, we do that part as well.
In addition, ID provides advisory services for foundations and philanthropists interested in venture philanthropy and impact investing.
