Brighter Planet customers fund reputable climate change projects with every swipe of their Brighter Planet Visa Credit or Debit Card or by purchasing offsets directly. The climate change projects include locally-owned wind turbines, farm methane digesters, and other clean energy projects that demonstrate community and social value while reducing greenhouse gasses being pumped into the atmosphere. Projects follow a stringent carbon offset policy and are unanimously approved by the Project Selection Committee of nationally recognized environmentalists.
