Nine years of experience in management positions, financial and public policy projects for business development. Former Assistant Director of Planning Office, City Hall of Medellin, he was responsible for the Entrepreneurship programs of the city and the promotion of the cluster policies. He worked as a financial and administrative sales manager in a company witch sales were up to 3.5 million dollar that same year. He has a major on Engineering Administration on the EIA. He also has a minor on Economical Analysis in University of Nantes and Politics Science in University of EAFIT.
