I am passionate about representing a human perspective and designing experiences that improves people's lives. My goals are to choreograph cultural change through design, influence consumer behavior in a positive manner, envision the next stage of digital technology, change minds, touch hearts and move markets. I use film, storytelling, visual arts, ethnography and anthropology as tools.

TEA's research and development projects focus both on the learning that naturally occurs in popular commercial games, and on the design of games that more vigorously address the educational needs of players.
Responsibilities include producing and directing a series of interactive videos for children to learn and practice the use of survey in research as part of a curriculum for TERC organization in Cambridge, MA.

Description: Project NML is a MacArthur-funded project to create learning experiences for young people to develop the core social skills and cultural competencies needed to be full participants in emerging forms of participatory culture.
Responsibilities include creating multimedia modules, designing user interaction, leading usability trials and focus groups, researching teen media use trends, and serving as video content producer, cinematographer and editor for the project.

Description: Metamedia/Hyperstudio focuses on creating shareable multimedia archives for use in MIT humanities subjects, and increasingly, in collaboration with outside arts and humanities organizations.

Responsibilities include creating content for US-Iran Missed Opportunity project, one of the research subjects of Hyperstudio, to develop a multimedia archive for use among researchers.

Description: Teaching filmmaking through promoting a non-profit in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities include designing a semester-long course curriculum and teaching it to undergraduate students at MIT to learn produce and direct their video commercials for Bilumi organization in Cambridge, MA.
