CAREER SUMMARY
Professional with more than 17 years of progressive accomplishments in operations management positions at senior level (1992-2009). Experience included direction and motivation of a large operations team to support an US Company for introduction of a breakthrough new technology (product) and starting of manufacturing process (2001-2003); that lead company to IPO. Earlier experience included chef for Strategical R&D at LM Ericsson (Seca Photonics) /Sweden 2000-2001. Another past position at LM Ericsson as chef architect for design of special industrial robots (six axes) used in manufacturing for integrated opto-electronics components. Entrepreneurial experience, based o two started companies (Future Instruments AB/Sweden & Alhacen LCC/US) spin-off from academically technological Incubators.
