Diane’s career includes over 35 years of professional and volunteer experience spanning education, social services, and the corporate sector. As the leader of three diverse not-for-profit entities during the past 18 years (Career Action Center, Catholic Charities, and Notre Dame High School San Jose) she has demonstrated effectiveness in all critical aspects of not-for-profit management including: collaborative board governance; fiscal planning and reporting; disciplined resource development; realistic strategic planning; prudent fiscal management and values-based organizational development. She has also served on the Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards of numerous Bay Area nonprofit organizations including: United Way Silicon Valley, Center for Excellence in Nonprofits (CEN), Markkula Center for Applied Ethics and the American Leadership Forum, Silicon Valley (ALF). Diane currently serves on the Board of Directors of Sparkseed, an innovative not-for-profit organization that is dedicated to inspiring and investing in social entrepreneurs on college campuses.
