Earlier in my career I have had numerous jobs and positions that have ranged from secretarial work, to sales specialist, to business strategies and controls. Still, my true calling has been to help and aid older individuals in sustaining an active lifestyle through regular exercise routines that take into consideration their current physical condition. As a personal trainer I have developed the skills necessary to identify the strong points in an individual's physical condition and through activities develop my client's strength, stamina and mind.
