Description: Softweb is the consulting company I created in 2001. I successfully developed this company by selling IT and organisational skills and developing a partnership network. I was engaged actively on projects, in Switzerland and in Australia, for multi-national companies as well as for non-profit organizations. Major achievements as a non-profit consultant include:
Creating Women Change Makers, an NGO specialized in women empowerment, for a local entrepreneur
Development of the marketing strategy
Definition of the monitoring and evaluation system, to gather information about project holder’s progress
Development of the local and global partnership scheme

Participating to the organization of the OXFAM International Youth Partnerships events in Sydney
Technical and organizational consulting to develop an online knowledge sharing platform for the forum participants

Description: My first full-time professional experience was for ACOSS, which is the IT management department for 150 French social security agencies. My responsibilities ranked from IT maintenance to application definition and implementation, including the design of an agency budgeting facility using Electronic Document Management systems and a nationwide workflow.
I also volunteered to moderate an IT expert group to formulate recommendations for the Internet infrastructure of the branch.
