Served as member of Strategic Planning, M & A, and Senior Management committees. Developed daily workflow for over 500 employees.
Selected Highlights:
● Led Design and Deployment of Occupational Health Division rolled out across 45 sites in six weeks.
● Designated leader of change, managing integration of 19 corporate acquisitions, merging two subsidiaries, and performing dozens of operational improvement programs across 230 sites.
● Designed and built Data Warehouse and Decision Support system across 230 data sets using SAS. Resultant Physician Practice Management Reporting System that drove information-based executive, operational, and contracting decisions.
