Growth Strategy Developed an international growth strategy for a large farm equipment manufacturer in India. Led the modules focused on market prioritization and technology sourcing. Worked closely with the CEO to secure critical technology licensing agreements and to develop a detailed rollout plan across two continents. Operations Led a three-member team over a yearlong logistics optimization effort at five plants for a large cement manufacturer. Implemented a fleet management system that realized savings over $50M. Used learnings from the project to develop successful manufacturing optimization proposals that generated over $5M in revenue. |
