Identified high growth markets and developed a detailed investment plan. Coordinated investment in four new fundraising organizations in Europe and Asia. The organizations generated over $30M in revenue gains.

Description: M&A and Equity Analysis
Helped identify potential acquisition targets along the supply chain for a large automotive manufacturer in India. Developed a deal structure to unlock manufacturing and product synergies worth over $25M.
Co-authored the first BCG India Value Creator’s Report published in Business World magazine. Developed a methodology to explain changes in market cap through changes in key financial performance metrics.

Rural Technology Deployment
Led the first large scale deployment of fingerprint and iris based user identification in rural India. Led the efforts of the UN World Food Programme and the Government of India to execute the six month rollout. Currently collaborating with the government on a nationwide rollout.
Growth Strategy
Developed an international growth strategy for a large farm equipment manufacturer in India. Led the modules focused on market prioritization and technology sourcing. Worked closely with the CEO to secure critical technology licensing agreements and to develop a detailed rollout plan across two continents.

Operations
Led a three-member team over a yearlong logistics optimization effort at five plants for a large cement manufacturer. Implemented a fleet management system that realized savings over $50M. Used learnings from the project to develop successful manufacturing optimization proposals that generated over $5M in revenue.
