Experienced Project Manager

YouNoodle is looking for an experienced project manager to help us implement a new project this summer, similar to http://kofounderlabs.com. You love planning and executing complicated events, and you never lose your cool when things get heated. You will join an experienced team, which means you can learn on the job, but are expected to perform on day one. Fluency (verbal and written) in Korean and English is required.

You will be orchestrating a game-changing entrepreneurial experience in California for 50-80 carefully selected Korean entrepreneurs. With your team, you will be introducing them to experienced entrepreneurs, investors, and mentors, while they are taken through a curriculum of start-up learnings.

You will be the operational lead on everything they do for up to 12 weeks in California, and you will regularly be liaising with our Korean partners in making sure everything runs smoothly and up to the often ambitious YouNoodle standard. You love building community, you are highly service-oriented and love to feel current about the latest trends. Experience working with governments is a plus.

Podium Partnerships Manager

YouNoodle is looking for an awesome partnerships manager to help us spread Podium, our entrepreneurship platform, throughout the world. Podium is used to power competitions, awards, and application processes at universities, incubators and accelerators around the world. We want you to help us make it ubiquitous.

You are an entrepreneur by heart. You probably participated in your college business plan competition - if you didn't, you organized it. You have sold sponsorships before, helped partners/clients succeed, are constantly building community, and you have the persistence to think globally while impacting locally.

You are a natural connector, love to help people and resources find each other. You get a special kick when you find the value proposition that will create synergies for many different parties. You love persuading, you could sell ice to Eskimos, and you are opportunistic. Intensity at work, frequent traveling and networking are on top of your lists for an ideal job. Finally, you are also well organized and have a high capacity to execute, to make things happen fast.

You are driven by a desire to improve the world through entrepreneurship, and success to you is when young ambitious entrepreneurs realize their dreams. You have a genuine curiosity to learn what people are working on. Extrovert, connector, evangelizer, trendsetter are common words people use to describe you.

Being part of a startup

Interested in a job in the startup world? Be aware of how it differs from other types of jobs, for better and worse. Talk to friends or acquaintances in startups, and understand what drives them and how that aligns with the values of the startups they are in.

At YouNoodle, we are blessed with lots of qualified candidates for our jobs. This means that you will not always get a reply when you inquire for a job, and we hope you understand that as a startup, our available recruitment time is limited.

To ensure the best chances when applying to our (and other) startup(s), be sure to read Mashable's excellent interview guide for startup jobs. You will understand us so much better :-)
