LBS Business Plan Competition

The finals for the competition will take place at London Business School during the Conference on Friday, 24 April 2009.

The London Business School Business Plan Competition is open to all participants that meet the following criteria:
-The business plan prepared for the competition must be a realistic and marketable idea, which is of a quality that could be presented to potential investors.
-The plan must be an original idea or a substantial improvement on an existing business model.
-The team must consist of at least one student or alumnus of any UK University or UK Business School.
-On entering the competition, the submitted business plan must not be in violation of any intellectual property rights.
-The plan cannot be part of an existing business (or subsidiary thereof) that has been in existence for more than 3 years.
-The business plan must not have received any venture capital funding and must not have received seed funding greater than £25,000.

The winning teams will receive prizes in cash and services in-kind to the value of £10,000+.
